It is as advertised however the outside of the building looks like it’s previously had a fire, really needs a coat of paint and the sign fixed, but for a clean safe and quiet sleep there are no complaints.

Avoid unless you have to stop.
I toured around Europe on my motorcycle with my daughter and stayed at many hotels. This hotel was a disspointment and the second worst we stayed at. (2nd read on). The quality of the hotel is poor, the rooms were small and uninspiring. If you work on the roads/construction and want to get your head down, then this would probably suit you. I made the mistake of booking too early into our trip and subsequently arrived here too early with nothing to offer us, although we checked in and went to the room, we decided we couldn't stay there and that we would move further north, hopefully somewhere much nicer! I asked the manager if we changed to a differnet hotel in their group (before checking in) and she said there was a no refund policy. However she assisted us to book a hotel near Dunkirk and paid again and moved. Unfortunatley she moved us to the worst hotel on our trip, under another review, but I will never book another Premiere Classe Hotel, truely awful hotels, which need knocking down and rebuilding. Finally wifi was poor in the room.

We just needed a safe place off the highway to stay for a night; with easy parking. This hotel is very basic but it was clean and the receptionist was friendly. They also have food and drinks for purchase in the lobby which was helpful because everything in the area closes at 9pm.

Great value for the money. Good Internet connection. Friendly staff. Clean. If you simply need a place to stay and do work, this is a nice, inexpensive, easy-to-find hotel.

Smallest Room I have ever stayed in
Small is the word. I have seen bigger bathrooms in motor homes. The shower was so small that my head touched the sink bending over. We had 3 suitcases, one of which had to remain packed just to inhabit the room.

Great value budget accommodation
Apart from aircon unit not working, this was a great value stop over. Compact but provided all that we (2 adults and 1 child) needed for a short stay, booked last minute. It was as good as any 3 star hotel costing at least twice as much. Highly recommend. The coffee machine was not exactly a Starbucks but tasted ok. Didnt try breakfast but seemed good value (all you can eat continental, half price for child). If you want a four star hotel with lavish restaurant, pool, sauna and little chocolates on your pillow then this is not for you but if you want all the necessities in a comfortable, quiet hotel then this is ideal, oh and the shower is fantastic!

Rude Staff
This was a clean budget hotel with very small "cruise ship" style rooms. That part was not a problem to since the room was clean and the price was reasonable. We DID have a problem with the rude staff that seemed bothered when we asked them for any thing, such as a new password for the internet wifi service. The paswords they gave us would never work, so we had to keep going down for assistance. They also seemed very bothered when we asked them if we could pay for our breakfast. We were amazed when we checked into the room and noticed only a very small amount of toliet paper on the one roll in the bathroom. We didn't worry too much, assuming that the maid would leave us an extra roll when the room was serviced. No such luck! We also ran out of soap! In summary, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel Premiere Classe Maubeuge
Good comfort and staff are very helpful. Location is on dual carriageway heading towards Valenciennes. For Maubeuge and meals you have to drive about 1 kilometre away from Maubeuge to do a U turn . It is further out than the others but that is reflected in the price. No local restaurants.

Conveniently located near main road, but not noisy
This is a modern and minimalistic hotel that has all that you need for a transit stop. Very compact. Spotlessly clean. Not very convenient for eating though. You need to drive quite a way to find a suitable restaurant.

J'ai été agréablement surpris de l'accueil. Des personnes très agréables et qui sont présentes pour répondre à vos demandes. La chambre est basique mais tout fonctionne correctement et le fait d'avoir la salle de bain dans la chambre est vraiment appréciable. De plus, ils font des efforts pour la mise en place de mesures écologiques.

Court séjour
Nous recherchions un hôtel pas cher pour passer une nuit. Nous sommes satisfaits d'avoir choisi celui-ci, la literie est bonne, pas de bruit la nuit. Certes la cabine de toilette est un peu exiguë mais nous ne parlons pas ici d'un hôtel étoilé, et nous nous en sommes contentés pour une seule nuit. L'ensemble était propre et c'est essentiel à mon sens. Le matin nous avons pu prendre un petit déjeuner plus que correct pour le prix. Étant souvent dans le secteur en court séjour, nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons dormi une nuit , petit bémol problème de Clim qui fait du bruit toute la nuit . Dommage de n’a pas avoir été informé à notre arrivé . Sinon pour le prix la chambre est correct , peu a revoir le linge de lit , usée par le temps et trou de cigarettes …

Das Gebäude ist von außen sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage neben der Tankstelle und im Gewerbegebiet ist nicht ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung. Es ist gut isoliert, von der Straße bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts mit.Das Personal freundlich. Der Flur in der 2.Etage riecht sehr feucht. Für den Preis und eine Nacht war es ok.

Pas très propre, que deux serviettes alors que nous étions 3, même pas changé le lendemain. La sdb était vraiment pas terrible et la douche à revoir . Je recommande pas vraiment cet hôtel même si la literie était plutôt bonne ai si que le petit déjeuner
