The Santueri farm is fantastically below the old Castell Santueri. It offers everything you need for a holiday in Mallorca. Finca for up to five people. Here you have absolutely no hustle and you can really enjoy this beautiful island. The view from the farm is fantastic. Located between the mountains, the feet of the Castell de Santueri. very close to Porto Colom or Cala Murada., Cala D'Or There you will find delicious restaurants, shops and ports to relax or practice water sports. You can reach the beaches in about 10 minutes.
For golfers and free climbers, our farm offers the perfect starting point. The Val D'Or golf course is a stone's throw away and is one of the access points of Freeclimber, the Castell Santueri.

Wonderful recreation

We enjoyed the wonderful Finca for a week in a beautiful landscape and were impressed by the quietness and rich nature in the surroundings. However, a lot of interesting places and cities with culture and restaurants were in the near driving distance. We will definitely return to this place!

Fantastic!!!

A great place if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful, quiet place with charming views, a perfect location for nearby hiking trips, after which you can cool off in the swimming pool. Excellent contact with the owner. We had a great time. I would like to go back there someday.

Perfect place to stay for total privacy. The views are beautiful. Traditionally appointed villa, clean and comfortable. The outside space and pool were a highlight. Location was a good base to reach Cala D’or, Santanyi, local beaches. Alicia was a lovely host. Thank you!

Great property in peaceful location

We loved the finca although hadn’t realised quite how isolated it is and not easy to find. It was very hot all week and difficult to sleep with no air con and only one fan. The pool is brilliant- a good size and very clean. Lots of seating areas outside.We arrived in the evening. A welcome pack with some milk and cake/bread would have been appreciated.
My favourite place for relaxing after a swim.

Great Choice

What a lovely place. Middle of nowhere so great for privacy but you'll need a car to reach. Some of the roads are more like tracks but add to the charm of the area. Beautiful views and private swimming pool. Numerous seating areas too. Well stocked kitchen. No complaints, though because the weather's been so hot, another fan or two would have been useful!

Die Unterkunft von Alicia und ihrem Mann liegt paradiesisch an einem kleinen Feldweg mit Blick auf das Castell de Santueri und die angrenzenden Felder. Die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum, man entdeckt überall weitere Sitzplätze und tolle Pflanzen. Auch der Pool ist toll angelegt und es gibt genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Vinca ist gemütlich eingerichtet und an kühlen Abenden haben wir den großen Ofen im Wohnzimmer sehr genossen. In der Küche findest du alles, was du zum Kochen benötigst. Der Kontakt mit Alicia hat toll geklappt. Sie war unheimlich hilfsbereit und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wir können ihre tolle Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Kleiner Tipp: Die Straßen/Wege zur Vinca sind teilweise sehr abenteuerlich. Ein funktionstüchtiges Auto ist wichtig.

Es waren zwei sehr entspannte und schöne Urlaubswochen auf der Finca von Alicia.Ihre Betreuung war absolut TOP, von der Wegbeschreibung bis zur Abreise war alles einwandfrei.Wir hatten ein Problem mit einer WC-Spülung und auch da hat Alicia sich direkt um alles gekümmert und einen Handwerker besorgt. Die Finca ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, die Aussicht ist traumhaft, der Weg zum Grundstück ist nicht ganz einfach und sehr versteckt, das letzte Stück ist ein Schotterweg, aber man kann es finden.In der Finca war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, insbesondere bei der Küchenausstattung und Handtücher war alles mehr als reichlich vorhanden. Ein paar konstruktive Vorschläge/Tipps, damit die Finca auch noch lange so schön bleibt: Ein paar Polster/Auflagen, oder Badezimmerschrank müssten mal erneuert werden, sowie ein paar Fliesen im Pool. Es hat uns aber jetzt nicht weiter gestört. Und eine Klimaanlage wäre echt TOP. Im Juli ist es echt warm, besonders wenn es nachts kaum abkühlt. Von uns aus gibt es trotzdem volle Punktzahl, weil es uns einfach gut gefallen hat und Alicia sehr sehr sympathisch ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un séjour parfait à Felanitx

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans cette maison. Tout était conforme à l’annonce : la maison est très propre, bien équipée (serviettes, draps, cuisine…), et parfaitement située pour profiter de l’île. Alicia a été une hôte très réactive et arrangeante, notamment pour notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wohlfühlort

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Das Wetter war dieses Mal etwas kälter, aber dank Heizung war das kein Problem. Die Finca ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, hier kann man total zur Ruhe kommen. Zudem ist die Ausstattung super, hier gibt es alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.

Traumhaft ruhig

War eine tolle Woche. Die Finka liegt in einer einzigartigen Lage, super ruhig & mit einem tollen Blick auf einen Hügel mitsamt Burgruine. Innen ist es wie auf den Fotos beschrieben - gut ausgestattet und durchaus geräumig. Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings die große, teilweise überdachte Terasse mit ihrem unglaublichen Ausblick und der tolle Aussenbereich mitsamt Pool.

Wat een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek. Het is een hobbelige laatste kilometer om bij het huis te komen, maar dan word je beloond met een prachtig uitzicht, een oase van rust en een gezellig ingericht huis. Voorzien van alle spullen die je nodig hebt. In de tuin veel zitgelegenheid en een heerlijk zwembad.

La casa es fantástica, muy bien equipada y la piscina una maravilla. Las únicas pegas que se le pueden poner son las carreras de acceso a la finca estrechas y sin asfaltar y la verja de la finca que necesita un poco de engrase y mantenimiento. Por lo demás recomendable al 100%

Die Finca ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt sehr schön. Einiges ist renovierungsbedürftig, was aber die Qualität an sich überhaupt nicht mindert. Der Pool ist super, auch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Die "Straße" zum Haus ist sehr holprig. Eine Klimaanlage im Sommer wäre gut, aber ansonsten alles top. Die Kommunikation mit Alicia hat wunderbar geklappt!1

Herrliche Finca fernab vom Massentourismus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Alicias Finca und haben die Ruhe insbesondere in der Hauptsaison sehr genossen. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Kinder wollten den Pool gar nicht mehr verlassen. Alicia war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
