"The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets."

"In general we had a great, relaxed stay. The house was very clean and close to the beach and supermarket. The only con was the photos from the website don‘t represent how it really looks. The interior looks a bit old and the lightning is very cold and dark. So we didn’t feel that comfortable inside. Therefore the outside area was really nice. Furthermore the dogs in the neighbourhood are barking a lot which was annoying. Tony was very friendly and helped us with all of our question....

"Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!"

"Patricia und Francisco haben uns vor unserer Anreise alle Informationen für Check in und unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und waren immer schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Es ist etwas kleiner, als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und herzlich vorbereitet. Dir Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage und es gibt einige andere Touristen in der Nachbarschaft.
