The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, just what we were looking for. Evenings on the dock were a highlight—so relaxing to watch the fish jump in the canal.Amazing value for the price, and the location is perfect—just a short drive to Rainbow River, Crystal River, and several nearby boat ramps. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends visiting the area!"
