"Nice family trip to the beach. The condo was spacious and the primary bedroom was fantastic. The other two bedrooms were small, but were still accommodating. The property is very well maintained. There’s paths to walk on for a nature walk and the beach has some hard sand that makes long walks on the beach very easy to do. There were 6 of us that went and there was plenty of space. Great stay!"

"The room I stayed in needed some plumbing work. The sink was spraying water all over and the toilet was running nonstop. They don’t clean your room unless requested and only provide a minimum number of towels, so you’re going to have to have your room cleaned just so you can get more towels. Probably best for people who are only staying 1 or 2 nights at the most. If you’re staying longer, there are better hotel in the area. Of course, there is a homeless problem, but that’s more of a San Jose problem."

"I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. After using the jacuzzi, I developed a significant allergic reaction on my foot that caused burning, irritation, and discomfort. What is most concerning is that when I reported the issue, there was no real concern, support, or assistance from the hotel staff. My health issue was essentially ignored, and I did not receive any guidance or follow-up. As a guest, I expected basic care and responsibility regarding hygiene and safety. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that guest well-being is not a priority here."

The employees were nice and efficient when needed and the airport shuttle was an added touch. "The breakfast was 7 to 10. We went down at 9:30. No juice, coffee, waffle batter all gone, very limited food which was barely warm. No fruit or even cups to find water. Went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put more food and drink out. She said she'd ask. Nothing was restocked. Very poor service. The other thing that bothers me was they had cleared dishes away but they were right at the entrance of the breakfast space. I saw wasted food. Sausages. Sweet rolls, waffles etc. Not a nice thing to see while we are searching for food. If it's advertised until 10:00, it should be stocked. Our room faced into the interior of the hotel. This was supposedly an upgraded room. It was ok. However. The TV didn't work and we had a problem with the toilet. Iafter the toilet plugged for the 3rd time, we asked to change rooms. They did give us a much better room ..balcony and the toilet worked! We didn't even try the breakfast the second morning. We heard it was the same as the first morning. This needs to be fixed. The parking is under the hotel. Safe and secure. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just needs a bit of maintenance and the breakfast needs help!"
