Please be considerate, quiet after 10pm, and respectful during their stay. No smoking inside the Bungalow is allowed. Sorry no pets or parties.
$20/night extra for 3rd guest. No unregistered guests allowed overnight
We charge a small cleaning fee of $65 and expect guests to lightly tidy up before departure, ie. wash dishes, used towels into one pile on the floor.

Sweet and comfortable bungalow on a nice street. It had everything we needed for a nice stay and was tastefully decorated. The owner was courteous and communicated well everything we needed to know.

Perfect spot!

Don’t even bother to keep searching… just book this little place!! Immaculate and conveniently located, this little bungalow was just perfect for a quick weekend mother/daughter get away!! Barbara is a wonderful Host and thought of a lot of little details. The private outdoor patio is wonderful. Would 100% stay here again!!

Holiday weekend stay

Lovely Bungalow near UCSC

This bungalow was the perfect place to stay while my daughter toured the campus of UCSC. Barbara is a wonderful host and her home and yard are beautiful. Highly recommend if you’re planning a visit to Santa Cruz,

Goog spot for Santa Cruz or Capitola

This was a nice little bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. There was a good Detroit style pizza place very close that was great. Ubering from here to Capitola was the way to go and cheap. Good, quiet, clean little spot.
