"Need to hire more staff - felt really bad for wait staff in restaurant - they were really friendly and tried their best to be efficient. Saturday night there was one waitress for the entire restaurant. My heart broke for her. She was lovely and friendly and kind. You need to hire more staff."

"We liked everything about the hotel except house keeping. could not take a bath because the drain plug was broke, we left on the toilet tank and the next day it was still there. The used wash cloths from the morning were still on the shelf in the bathtub the next morning, so I guess they don't clean ..."
