"A little dated. It is time for a remodel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. This is a nice hotel for the price. The A/C is my only complaint. Need to upgrade to a thermostat-controlled system."

"This place does not look like much on the outside, but once you walk through that turquoise blue gate you walk into this eccentric beautiful hotel with gorgeous paintings and metal work and a beautiful Mosaic fireplace. This morning they had it lit for breakfast as it was a bit chilly and it was just a beautiful morning with a delicious breakfast. I’d come back and stay if I was staying in Albuquerque again. "

"OMG! We couldn’t ask for a better place! Walking distance to Old Town. Very nice patio. Everything you need including coffee and cream and sugar! Washing machine dryer. Very clean and nice. We were even visited by Agatha the dog! It was a perfect stay for us two. The owner was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay!!!"

"What a great home! Ken accommodated our early stay and even gave us a tour of the home. We learned its history as well! We have nothing to complain about and would love to stay here again. We all definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Albuquerque. You are smacked in the old downtown area where you can walk to everything - lots of shops, drinks, coffee, and food. Beautiful location, beautiful home. Only thing I would like to let others be aware of is the hallway to the loft upstairs has low bearings, so tall people be ware! Other than that, we can’t rave enough how great this home is! "
