The shopping was good at the grove air conditioner in room was ok staff didnt help at all with luggage getting it all out taxi and into hotel and the same leaving which was disapointing also had to ask for towels all the time

The room was really stylish and cute. The staff were friendly. There is shopping and restaurants right across the streer. I picked the location for its proximity to Universal Studios.
The walls are thin; I can hear the neighbors talking. Hallways and rooms are not carpeted so noise travels very easily. The hotel does provide complementary earplugs. It smells like cigarette smoke in the bathroom which I think was coming through the venfs.
Overall, besides those cons it is really nice place to stay.

"Nice hotel but room lighting is very dim. Bath area is so small and the only mirror area is over the bathroom sink, therefore it’s difficult for two people to get dressed at the same time. It would have been nice to at least have a wall mirror in the room."
