"Front desk personnel (we don’t remember her name but she is from Ravenna) was very informative and assisted us with directions and various tips regarding Bologna and Ravenna. We appreciated that she took the time to help us in many ways. "

"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy. The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service. The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up. The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."

"We weren't allowed to use the pool, hot tub or sauna, priority guven to a wedding reception. Some mosquitoes were aound and Japanese beetles. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Villa was nice."
