"The best of the best! This was our 5th stay at Saybrook point and each year we look forward to going back. I can’t say enough good things. Do take advantage of all the amenities the hotel has to offer. Scenic bike ride, passes to the beach, shuttle services to and from town, amazing restaurants and the pool facilities. It’s a gem of a hotel and the town itself is even better."

"The home was very nice and clean. The a/c and appliances all worked well, although we were surprised the refrigerator is very dated in relation to the rest of the house. It served our purposes well and we would definitely return here. We did encounter two issues that should be addressed. 1. The property is specifically advertised as including a beach pass. However, when I inquired about the beach pass upon arrival, I was told there was none. 2. The property was advertised as pet friendly and we brought our golden retriever and golden doodle and it was great to have them with us. What was strange was that on the day of check in I received an email asking for a “pet fee” to be charged to me credit card. When I questioned the fee I was told that there was no fee and the property was pet friendly. Perhaps just miscommunication on both issues, but the owner should look into both. Again, we had a great time and the house fit our needs perfectly, so those two issues should not overshadow the overall experience."

"Absolute gem really cool giant picnic table in the middle of the room, which is great for kids are just getting work done. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The view is gorgeous. If you stay on the backside of the hotel cannot recommend this place enough. What a surprise incredible bargain."

"Very nice decor. Beautiful landscaping. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Very quiet in a great location. Close to many historic and cultural sites. Very comfortable. Excellent parking. Nice snacks, and water provided. Hope to be back sometime!"

"The communication was amazing, Jodi kept in contact throughout our visit. The cottage was stocked with everything you might need. It was a charming cottage with lots of room. The people in the neighborhood were so friendly. Exceeded expectations."
