"Right in the middle of great restaurants and great bars. Loved the hotels very friendly and accommodating staff. Monika and team were fantastic. Mike in valet made us feel very welcome upon arrival. We had a great stay."

"Overall, we had a nice stay and the property itself was comfortable and well-kept. However, we did run into an issue with the basement pull out couch. The sheets and blankets had noticeable stains, which made them unusable for us. Because of that we ended up relying on the throw blankets for the weekend instead. Aside from this, everything else was good. With a bit more cleanliness for the bedding, this would have been a great stay. "

"First of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt as we usually are loyal to a competitor. We were assigned a top floor room where a group of young people were also staying in several rooms. They have a quite a party up there at the expense of everyone on the floor. The odor from the drugs they were smoking leaked into our room and we all woke up with headache from it. Despite several visits from hotel staff their party continued until the wee hours of the morning meaning we did not get any sleep. I feel like they should have been asked to leave. We were so upset and angry that we skipped breakfast so we cannot review any of that. Our sink also had a leak that we had to deal with. Unfortunately, their lack of removal of these unruly guests make this my first and last visit which is a shame because the hotel itself looked pretty clean and in a convenient area."

"Room was clean and spacious enough for all 5 of us. The elevator in our building was in working condition. Breakfast hours were manageable 7am-9am. Laundry room was coin operated. Their were 2 washers and 2 dryers. Didn't encounter much staff during our stay but to get trash bags and toilet paper once. Breakfast had the same thing daily but it was good. Breakfast tacos, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast and pancakes. The door on the outside required keycard access but the back door to the pool and office area wasn't closing all the way for keycard access. Pool was closed for the season(spring) and the basketball court didn't have hoops but more of a volleyball court with a net. Parking was fair. $6 per night deducted from $100 security deposit. Cannot smoke within 25 feet of any entrance and room was smoke free. If you don't mind the walk thru the parking lot the mall was in walking distance. Overall had a pleasant experience. Would stay here again"
