"Staff were excellent and made such a fuss of my mum on her birthday .
The only ( and this is not huge) strange thing was that the bar closed at 9.30pm which was rather odd, but this did not deter from a fabulous stay , we will be back "
"Excellent base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and Eryri National Park, plus it’s right on the Welsh coastal park so can walk into Porthmadog. Free road parking just outside the property - loved walking our dog on the beach across the road and watching all the birds in the evening, including an osprey fishing in the estuary. The flat was clean, comfortable, larger than expected and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is a ground floor flat so you do get some noise from the...
"Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate.
The location is wonderful.
Overall not worth the price.

Aberdunant Hall
10/10 Excellent
"This is our sixth visits to Aberdunant Hall, and we always have a great stay. The caravans are comfortable and the hot tub adds that special touch after a day of walking around places in North Wales. The restaurant is a must to visit, the food and service are top quality. No doubt, we will back again in 2026."
"Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. Overall an excellent place to stay"

"Lovely central location with beautiful views over the harbour to watch the tides come and go. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. Only issue was the need to provide towels which is difficult for travellers with limited luggage space. Im sure this could be easily fixed. Would definitely stay here again. So close to the railway station and a range of trips on a steam train which we enjoyed. "
"Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water."
