"Good place to stay if you’re traveling for few days"

"This hotel has a fantastic location directly in front of the lake and next to the Puccini house in theater. The room is completely star off not even any art, but the bathroom was spacious. The reception desk was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend."

There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing.
