"This is a wonderful little appartment in a fabulous location in Bayreuth. Check-in was painful simply because there had been a technological issue which meant that Expedia were not passing on my messages to the host; this meant that I thought the host was very rude and I was getting panicky before the check-in, and probably the host was thinking I was unresponsive. Anyhow, when I was able to connect with them the communication was excellent and extremely helpful. The apartment is small but...

Top Fichtelberg Hotel Reviews

ibis Styles Bayreuth

10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotel, in a good location with friendly staff and nice breakfast"

Blum's Fichtelhütte: a cozy Nurdach-style cabin right next to the forest

10/10 Excellent

"Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen. Es war einfach grandios. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll. Die Unterkunft : „ Herz was willst du mehr “ Wir als Naturmenschen haben es genossen. Die Fichtelhütte, die Außenanlage, die Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Mountainbikes, die gesamte Ausstattung, einfach TOP. Dafür von uns den digitalen Blumenstrauß des Jahres. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Freundliche Grüße von Rosi und Bernd Zuschke"

Limehome Bayreuth Spitalgasse

8/10 Good

"It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions for how to use the hob cooker. Hghly recommended."
