"L'ambiente è molto bello e spazioso e dotato di molti comfort. Arredato con gusto e funzionale. Però alcuni consigli: sostituire la vasca con la doccia, molto più pratica. Quanto meno inserire una tenda per non bagnare il resto del bagno. Incrementare la capacità dello scalda bagno obiettivamente piccolo e con poca capacità. Finire l'acqua calda è quasi una certezza. "We were two retired couples staying at the end of October 2025. The accommodation was charming and clean with an old world vibe - very good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. The house is close to the center of town, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias. Our requests for information or supplies was promptly met by Graziella. One thing to note is that this is an old home and the floors are very thin, so noise travels easily. We loved our stay in Baunei and I would highly recommend this location. "
