"The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. "I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Liberta, and I can hold heartedly say it exceeded my expectations in all the right ways. This hotel, combines charm, comfort, and convenience in the way that makes it a standout choice for anybody visiting Palermo. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this hotel deserves special mention. The location is another major plus: Nestled within 20 to 30 minutes, walking distance from the city center and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel it offers easy access to all that Palmero has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. We opted to park at this facility, which was a great convenience for us, considering we had lots of luggage and we weren’t sure where to park. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly Eleonora, for their invaluable assistance. Her exceptional contributions have left an indelible mark on this establishment, enhancing, it’s overall ambience and providing a truly exceptional experience. If we are ever to return to Palermo we will certainly make it a point to stay here again. "

"We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions."
