You have access to 2 private, furnished balconies with stunning views, plus a spacious terrace and a garden area with sun loungers—perfect for relaxing in nature.



A parking space is available on site, and an electric car charging station is right in front of the house. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted. Public transport is within easy walking distance, and with the guest card, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.



The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. In summer and winter, a free shuttle takes you to the Seiser Alm cable cars, which are also reachable by car in 7 minutes. The picturesque Völser Weiher is a 10-minute drive away. Restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are nearby. The area offers hiking, climbing, cycling, tennis, mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, and cross-country skiing—the Dolomites are right at your doorstep. Sauber und super gelegen

Nette Vermieter und super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Dolomiten und nach Bozen. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt!

Völz am Schlern

Völz ist ideal für kleine und große Wanderungen. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und waren überrascht wie gut man mit dem Südtirol Ticket, dass man mit dem Zahlen der Kurtaxe bekommt, umliegende Berge und Städte erkunden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Bozen, Brixen uns Trient sind tolle Städte und die Wanderwege in den Dolomiten sind sehr gut Ausgeschildert. Die Wohnung liegt super mit toller Aussicht /alles sehr empfehlenswert.
