"We were cheerfully greeted at check-in and given bottles of water along with warm chocolate chip cookies! Very clean property! Room was exceptionally clean, super comfortable king bed and the linens felt like luxury! Asked staff for dining recommendations and out door activities- they were very happy to give suggestions! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!!"

"Perfect location to Bentonville Square and one of the best boutique hotels in that area. We enjoyed all the walkable restaurants, ice cream shops and farmers market on the weekend and 4th of July celebration. Will stay here again"

"So everything was clean. The breakfast station was GREAT!! Delicious food and plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable! I slept well and I don’t usually sleep to well in hotels. The water pressure was AMAZING!! Hotel staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were great. Checking out was SUPER easy, I just had to send a text. Very good, very smooth experience. Why 4 stars? Infrastructure issues. I think the hotel was a renovation? The floors are not even and felt soft in some spots. The tiles right in front of my shower/bathtub had broken, it looked like it has been from some structural damage? The floors are all hard floors and the person in the room above mine dropped something on their floor and I heard it, but otherwise no noise issues. Overall, a good stay. The hotel might consider some repairs"

"I booked this hotel solely on the excellent reviews on all of the hotel booking websites. They really lived up to their reputation. Check in was quick and easy, friendly front office staff. We booked a king bed room with sofa since we were traveling with our fur baby and the room was very spacious and accommodating for all 3 of us. Room and hotel was clean, the cleaning staff was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. TV was a great size. There was plenty of room around the property for pets to relieve themselves and multiple dog stations for you to use for clean up. Safe area and only 10 minutes to downtown Bentonville. They do have a pool which looked amazing but we were so tired from our outings that we weren't able to use it but it was nice to have the option. Only downfall was on Saturday night a loud group of musicians were making a lot of noise and kept us and our dog up for a while. By no means the hotel's fault, just rude people. Other than that I 100% recommend this hotel for all, especially pet owners."
