Lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath brand new home on 5 acres just outside of town

"Adorable spot! We had a few minor issues. There was hardly any toilet paper, but we happened to have some in our car. The toiletries were running low (the body wash was very watered down). I do think that they need to finish the driveway. There were some pretty uneven spots for clumsy people (like me). The beds were very comfortable. The living/kitchen area was great for hanging out. If we had time, we would have spent more time on the deck and patio. There were some floodlights that were VERY bright, pointing directly at the back deck that made it unpleasant to sit on the back deck at night. I would definitely book again. None of the issues were big enough to negatively impact our stay."

"The accommodations exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, comfortable (we had 3 couples and having 3 king beds was ideal), fully equipped kitchen and grill (we cooked a few nights), and the view was stunning (we sat out on the deck morning and night and dined on the screened in porch). We rented a boat and made a convenient dock stop at the house to pick up snacks. The book provided helpful information regarding the house and local restaurants/attractions. The only issue we had was the front entry hallway shower did not get hot."

"This plane is amazing! It’s beautiful and peaceful! The only drawback if there are more than two people staying, that you have to share a shower. We went to make coffee the next morning and found a molded coffee filter. Other than that, the place was very clean! We visit Bella Vista annually and this place will definitely be one of my favs!"
