Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell.
Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary.
If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well.

Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel.

"We had the exact room that we booked, very clean and bright. The receptionist welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel has a wonderful SPA too.
