Upon arrival and discovering the lack of any cooling capacity on the hottest day of the year the host denied the refund request. "Overall, the stay was okay. We checked into our cabin and it was left unlocked, dirty, and the plumbing was not working. Once we got ahold of Travis, he helped us transition into a different cabin for the remainder of our stay. The second cabin was much cleaner and had no issues with plumbing. The amenities (docks, kayaks, fishing shed) were all super nice and really made the stay worthwhile.
