Cozy two bedroom cottage with indoor fireplace.
Come get away to our peaceful home centrally located in Crosslake MN. It is a perfect location to enjoy all that Crosslake has to offer. This home features two king size beds.
The cottage includes wifi and a 55` smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 12 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.
This is a newly remodeled complete home. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. There are two king size beds in the bedrooms and a queen futon in the living room. All appliances are new. This property is very private.
We live on site several hundred feet away and are readily available for help and concerns.
We are located on a private road, just six blocks away from Manhattan Beach Lodge, with great dining and entertainment. We are on a dead end and have 12 acres that are heavily wooded with walking paths. We are on two private lakes with no public access. You are not able to bring your own boat. However, we have two kayaks and a small fishing boat. We have a pontoon boat available for rent. Our property is less than one mile from a public access to the Whitefish Chain of Lakes (14 lakes).
We have walking trails on a scenic ridge in close proximity to Ox Lake. There are biking trails in Cross Lake.
Explicitly no drug use. No Smoking inside home. Sorry No Pets. We live on the same property. No loud parties. Quiet time is 10 pm - 6 am.
