We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. "The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space.
The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. Lunch and dinner were lovely, with a good...

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."
