The neighborhood and things to do
Just a short walk away, you can enjoy crystal-clear beaches and secluded coves. For adventure lovers, Finale is the outdoor capital of the world: you will find hundreds of mountain biking trails and spectacular rock faces for climbing. Don't miss a visit to Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful historic villages in Italy (Borghi più belli d'Italia), perfect for an evening stroll among artisan shops and traditional restaurants.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of a portion of the ground-floor terrace with a fenced garden, where bicycles can be safely left. The terrace features a table, allowing you to enjoy breakfast or dine outside in the sun or shade, just as you prefer.

Upon arrival, you can temporarily park in front of the courtyard gate to unload your luggage. Paid and free parking options are available in the surrounding area.

Parking:
Between the apartment and Varigotti (3.5 km away) along the Via Aurelia, you can park for free without any time limits. During the summer months, it is easier to find free parking in the evening when people leave the beach. This stretch of the coast is characterized by scenic Mediterranean scrub with very few houses, which is why parking is free. We highly recommend looking for a free spot in the evening.

On your first day, if you arrive during daytime (before 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM), we recommend using the paid parking near "Residence La Fiorita" (Varigotti, Finale Ligure).

Other things to note
No pets allowed: We cannot accommodate pets as members of our family suffer from severe allergies, which would lead to health issues.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
