"This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. "It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. "The house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located close to most major attractions. There was a nice back yard for pets and children to play. The house had many extras that were not mentioned in the description. There was a washer and dryer available! The living room had couch that is a triple recliner! We had a wonderful spring break."

"Our stay was perfect!! The house was stocked with everything. The best part was we could sit in the living room, which is very cozy, and see the lake. Perfect spot for a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset when we were there. The to a small beach area is another plus. Now for the owner Stacey, she was very nice and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I are clean freaks and the house was SPOTLESS! Only downside was check out time is 10 am. We felt rushed....

"There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!"

"We booked this for the solar eclipse of 2024. The house was perfect! We had the best of both worlds, lake view but close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Erie. Plenty of room for our group that we went with. Inside was up to date and the backyard was amazing! It was clean and well stocked, maybe adding a few more drinking glasses would be a good addition. We would definitely recommend this house on Lake Erie, and will keep it in mind for future trips!"
