Welcome to your dream beachside retreat! This charming two-story duplex boasts breathtaking views overlooking Fingal Bay and out to Broughton Island. Located just steps away from Fingal Bay Beach, known as 'Kiddies corner' for its calm waters, it's the perfect family getaway without distractions. Leave the car behind and immerse yourself in the relaxed coastal charm of Fingal Bay. Stroll along the pristine beach, see migrating whales from the lookout at Barry Park, ride the bike paths or walk a section of the new Tomaree Coastal Walk, now recognised as one of the NSW Great Walks . With a kids' playground and local amenities like cafes, takeaways, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance, convenience is at your doorstep. Further afield, Shoal Bay is 5 minutes by car, Nelson Bay is just 10 minutes, or the Hunter Valley can be explored in just over an hour. The second floor hosts an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge that opens onto a spacious balcony with unparalleled water views. For your comfort, the master bedroom, located upstairs, boasts a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a walk-in robe, and a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. Downstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, robe and ceiling fan and the others with two single beds (not bunks as shown in photos), free standing robes and fans in each. There's also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, that was fully refurbished in 2023. A laundry with washer and dryer and a large lock-up garage offer added convenience.
