"Terrible service completely ruined our anniversary getaway. The staff were unwelcoming and grumpy, especially the arrogant receptionist. On Sunday, restaurant delays meant breakfast took until 10:00 AM. When we asked for a short checkout extension because of their delay, the receptionist rudely demanded a late fee. She then harassed us by calling our room three times in 15 minutes while we frantically packed. A stressful, expensive waste of money."

"Wonderful Hotel - staff were amazing upon check-in and they even upgraded our room, which was a great surprise and start to our anniversary. It is walking instance to cafe’s, eateries, a general store and close to all things Mornington Peninsula by car. Recommend to anyone thinking about staying"
