"The Ippokampos is always a joy to visit. The hotel on the beachfront is about a good a location as one could hope to find in Chora. Breakfasts are excellent whether served inside or at the table the beach, guests get beach towels and a discount on loungers. the staff are wonderful -- especially Dimitra. The apartments are also excellent. Farther from the beach (less than 10 minute walk), but very comfortable and conveniently located for everything in Chora."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grotta. From the start, they arranged for free transport to and from the Ferry Port. This was extremely convenient and cost effective for us. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. There was so much food and it was deliciously prepared. Our stay was for one night. We found the hotel to be very peaceful, located off the busy area of Naxos port, which was nice! This hotel has an incredible view of the Temple of Apollo at sunset and the rooftop area for pictures was a plus!"

"Elizabet was extremely nice and welcoming! The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city center and includes free parking. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the bed was comfortable, too. They even provided a plug-in mosquito repellent for the night, which was really helpful. The only downside is that I had read you could order breakfast, but that’s no longer the case. However, it’s very easy to drive to a nearby cafe in the morning before heading to the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, with public buses nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, including the lovely swimming pool and bar area. The breakfast was nice, and our bedroom was comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The unusual bathroom was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel."
