"The reception staff, Melissa and Fernando, were awesome! They were very helpful and offered great suggestions and ideas of hikes in the area as well as other areas. The room was very clean and received room service every day. The spa room was outdated and lacking in amenities that should be overseen by someone each hour to ensure there are cups, hot water, tea and other supplies available for use. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Lots of variety to choose from. A nice touch when staying there. Overall I enjoyed my stay!"

"Really enjoyed the apartment, exactly right for our walking trip. Fabulous views from the balcony where we sat out enjoying breakfast and evening meal. Seemed to be only people in the whole and neighbouring property. Church bells glorious resounding in the valley. Could have done with more general instructions in English, particularly for operating the washing machine. As there were only 2 of us for 6 nights it would have been nice if a couple of wash capsules had been provided and a reasonable size bottle of washing up liquid in the kitchenette."
