"We had a wonderful time! House was just as advertised — super cute with nice places to gather indoors and outdoors. The location was terrific and the house was outfitted with all the extras to help us enjoy Fire Island (e.g., bikes, beach chairs). The outdoor shower was the best! Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend."

"Amazing space right next to the beach with lots of amenities, exactly what you'd want for a stay on Fire Island! Hosts were very kind and incredibly responsive, the only slight downside was that some parts of the rental weren't the cleanest (slightly dirty linens, shower could have used a bit of a scrub, found some other guest's clothes left behind, etc), which to give benefit of the doubt may have just been a one-time mess up from the cleaning crew. Otherwise all in all a great stay and would highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at this cottage in Lonelyville! The house has everything you need - beach towels, chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. It's 10 min walk from the Dunewood ferry and 5 min from the house to the beach. We also appreciated that the beach was less crowded than areas closer to Fair Harbor or Ocean Beach. The host, Ellen, was very communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay on Fire Island. There is a big grill on the back porch - we grilled every night and ate on the back porch. We would happily return in the future!"

"Great location in Fair Harbor. Within walking distance of ferry, restaurants, coffee and grocery store. Very nice outdoor area. Plenty of room so everyone can have their own space!! Some of the decor and kitchen stuff (like throw pillows, bedding, wine glasses, pans etc.) could use a refresh but that is my only suggestion!!"
