"We had an amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbelievable just steps away from the beach with stunning views and peaceful, relaxing vibe. The hosts communication was excellent throughout quick to respond super helpful and genuinely welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stayThe house itself was spotless and fully stocked with all the amenities and basic necessities. You could ask for from a well equipped kitchen and fresh linens to beach chairs and even board games and everything was thoughtfully provided. You can tell a lot of care and attention wanting into making the place, feel like a true home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend the beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing stress-free Ocean escape."

"We recently stayed at this VRBO property in Seaview and overall had a great time. The location was truly perfect - just steps from the Seaview Market and ferry, a short, easy walk to the beach and a just a short stroll from Ocean Beach. The house was mostly as described in the listing with strong AC, plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep, ample beach towels and some great features like the outdoor shower and 3 outdoor spaces. That said, there were a few things that didnt meet our expectations. The living room seating was extremely limited and not nearly enough for our group. The picture in the listing featured a large wrap around couch but when we got there there was just a small couch and a broken barka chair which made hanging out all together at the end of a long day tricky. We also noticed some ants during the stay, some of the beds were really firm which may not suit everyone! Although the home is listed to accommodate 11 guests, there was only 2 bikes and one of them was nearly unusable. There were 5 beach chairs - one seat was broken - so really only 4. Most disappointing was the lack of communication from the property management. I tried to reach out a few times and received no response or just a standard response which was frustrating. All in all, the location was fantastic and with some improvements this could be a top tier rental. "
