"Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Leenie was an amazing host and the cottage was perfect. I stayed for a week to watch my son play baseball at USA stadium only 3 miles from the cottage. The perfect place to stay for a baseball tournament! Leenie stopped by to show me around the cottage when I first arrived and was so welcoming and kind. She even lent me a book after I told her I had hoped to do some reading while I was there. I ate almost every meal at the cottage and it had everything I needed to do so. My biggest priority was feeling safe, as I was traveling alone, and I absolutely felt safe and comfortable at all times. I was working remotely while there and the WiFi worked well and I was able to spend one whole day working from the back porch with the sun shining, such a peaceful setting. Don’t hesitate to book this property! I hope to be back for more baseball next year. "

"5 star for us...owner very responsive to any questions. We've stayed in several places from TN to FL to TX and this is by far our favorite. Owners have concentrated to detail. Just bring food and maybe a box of Kleenex (only thing not there ) Large spacious and room for everyone to spread out. Quiet and nice surroundings."

"the kitchen had every thing we needed. the appliances were modern and very clean. The entire house was decorated nicely and very clean. The Host Stuart was immediately responsive to any question. The check-in process was easy as well as the check out. We were very impressed with the property location and easy of access to Memphis attractions. We will plan on renting the same property for our visit next year if it is available. We have rented multiple properties over the years and this was the best one we have rented. Thank you Stuart for making our stay so great."
