"The room heat was broken and the bath faucet leaked heavily. A ceiling tile collapsed in the fitness room. I was not injured. The pool was not in service. The staff were so pleasant, I didn't care about the rest. Gary, Ray, Lee Ann and one other person were all just as pleasant as they could be."
