I was grateful to Lokal for allowing us an early check in due to my having a migraine when I arrived. I felt very accommodated and will absolutely be back. The room is an entire vibe. "Hotel condition was very modern, clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and always welcoming! We communicated a very minor repair just for awareness, and while we were out enjoying the city it was repaired… on a Sunday! Oh almost forgot a very important point, location, location, location everything is within a 20-30 minute walk. Great restaurants, historical sites and safe neighborhoods.
When we return to Philly we will definitely stay at Canopy again!"
"Stayed here to be a tourist for a few days. This property is in a great spot- close to many points of interest and plenty of restaurants . The front desk staff were all very friendly , helpful and always ready to assist with any needs you may have .
The size of the room was pretty small, however this did not bother us as we only were in the room to sleep. Left early each day and got back to the room about 9pm. Would stay here again for
our next visit to the city."
"Great place to stay. Great location, front desk was very nice and helpful, very clean, parking garage (40)per night, rooftop pool was amazing after walking around all day in the hot sun. The room was nice bed was comfy. Definitely would recommend. Very good experience."
"The property itself is extremely convenient. The area right around the property doesn’t feel very safe at times but isn’t unsafe per se. It’s just a lot of homeless people and druggies on the streets around the hotel, maybe the hotel can do more to proactively eliminate it in the immediate vicinity. The hotel itself is good and no issues with the property itself. The breakfast was decent but could have a few more options for the Buffet"
"The Loews is always a wonderful place to stay! From the high quality decor to luxury amenities, it's always at the top of our choices to stay in Philadelphia. Check in took especially long as there were only 2 attendants at the reservations desk and a very long line of guests. People were trying to be patient but it seemed like management didn't care how they were taxing their staff at the most important part of their guest's stay, the beginning. The staff was very professional and did their best tap dance to keep people happy.
Other than that, everything was great. A beautiful place, as always! "
