"Everything was great! Loved our stay in Lansing, beautiful neighborhood and lots to do. The only complaint was that there were a few times we found ants and other insects inside the property. They seemed to get better as the stay went on though so it could’ve just been an issue with the last guests. Highly recommend!"

"Was at the hotel for maybe 20 minutes. Ended up driving 2 hours back home. The carpet was torn in the hallway, wires were hanging out of the wall in stairwells (covered in about 5-10 years of dust), our room door didn’t close all the way unless I slammed it, wasn’t informed that the elevator was broken until I got there (I’m disabled and can’t take the stairs, they didn’t have a room available on the first floor), the walls were thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, it’s obviously the hotel hasn’t been well maintained at all. I was afraid I would see rats honestly. Was told by the desk clerk she would try to get me a refund and call me to let me know what was going on. I got no call, I got no refund. "

"Weekend street parking is free, and found a spot on the side street next tot he hotel, so that was a bonus. Room was nice, and clean. Convenient location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The Riverwalk nearby was very nice with a sculptures and installation pieces. "
