We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

My stay was such a great experience. Hotel staff is so friendly always waving good morning and goodnight. Love that there is a door code at late night hours for added safety. Such a spacious room that was full sized, perfect for me and my best friend. Highly recommend for young travelers for safety and convenient transportation a couple blocks from grand central and all major sights! Will definitely be booking again for my next trips to NYC.

"I was traveling with my dog. It was quiet, clean and the room was spacious. Love the bath tub. It was great for my dog too. Area to walk her was large and the supply waste bags for dogs. Only issue was the closet door, it didn’t close properly and it stayed open, it can be dangerous during the night ..."
