Lovely hotel - close to shopping, arts and entertainment. Rooms are well appointed, though lack adequate working space. I would say in-room amenities are lacking: coffee service is limited, the minibar is minimal + snacks were stale, and room service is hit or miss. Overall, I would say that this is a great downtown option if you don't spend a lot of time in your room and enjoy the city and off-site activities. Their Muse restaurant is amazing. Staff are incredible.
