The room was clean , I had originally booked a king smoking room when I arrived late for check in about 30 min. The room hadn’t been checked out of. I told them I would need a smoking room of some sort. I was given a 2 bed room. The remote had dead battery’s , it an open concept for building detail so you will have to go outside to go to the vending machine or main office. The walls are thin so no loud anything if you want to be respectful to other. Other wise the visit wasn’t bad and I completely what I needed to do . So 6/10.
Had parking spots no issue
Ac and heat was kicking but the smelling of the room was off very off

Arrived at 6:30pm waited in line to check in 1/2 hr. Room was not ready,had to wait for it to be cleaned. I was lucky some people with reservations were turned away because their rooms were in another building and not cleaned. The housekeeping staff walked off the job due to not being paid. No dishes ...

Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway.
