Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

The room was clean in the most basic sense of the word but the entire hotel is in a very poor state of repair. My 2 year old sliced his toe open on the wooden flooring in our room. The lift is from a time gone bye and barely functions. The bar is constantly closed as there is one member of staff running reception and the bar in the evening and they are “too busy”. Breakfast is very limited with a coffee machine that only half works, 4 croissants for around 30 people

The room was very clean and the bathroom was also very clean. The shower stall in the corner of the bedroom was a bit odd for me, but it worked well, with good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop view was very beautiful,especially at night.
