In Fiumefreddo, the holiday apartment “A Ugghia- Dependance” offers everything you need for a truly relaxing stay. The 50 m² property features a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office needs, and air conditioning.



You have access to a shared outdoor area with the “I Mori” unit, featuring two gardens: one with a heatable hot tub (water temperature depends on outdoor conditions) available from June to September, and an outdoor shower; the other with a lounge and dining area.



The hot tub can be used from May 1 to June 30 between 10:00 and 17:00, and from June 30 to August 31 between 10:00 and 18:30. The hot tub is closed from October 1 to April 30.



Public transport connections are within walking distance.



Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided. Washing machine available for stays over 5 days (detergent not included). High-quality bed linen and bathrobes are provided free of charge.
