This cozy & coastal retreat - decorated by local artists - is ideally situated 1 block from a secluded section of Flagler Beach, and 1-10 blocks from the restaurants, bars and attractions of downtown. Run by Flagler Beach natives + nomads, we have everything needed for a perfect family vacation, romantic getaway, or laid-back trip with friends!

    WHOLE HOUSE BEACH THEMED!

    Open Kitchen & Living room, with 75in Smart TV, large couch (6-8 people), and board games - creating a fun & inviting center space!

    Large Master Suite featuring a King bed with attached Full Bathroom (double vanity, luxury shower head), Smart TV (40in), and convenient storage (smart nightstands, dresser) - making it the perfect bubble!

    Guest Bedroom featuring a Queen bed, Smart TV (32in), convenient storage (smart nightstands, dresser), and adjacent Full Guest Bathroom - a guest's paradise!

    Intimate, sun-drenched Dining Room with extra-large table (placemats for 6, could seat 8) - a great place to get the gang close!

    Guests have access to entire lower unit of two-story duplex, providing ample privacy and space.

    Guests must park on left had side of driveway; right side is for upstairs tenants.

    Laundry is available in detached garage, and is a shared space with upstairs tenants. Short Term guests are requested to do laundry on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (with other days possible on request).
