Sleeps 12 in beds and 2 additional upon request with Air Mattress. Separate private ground floor suite. Large Lanai and deck area on second floor with upper third floor Sun deck offering awesome view of the ocean.
7 person Hot tub with Summer Kitchen under Lanai. Sound
system for Family room, Master suite and upper and lower deck. two car garage with 4 additional parking spots.
