"Front desk staff was very friendly, room was very clean Wasn’t able to have the complementary breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport the next morning, but we did get fresh cookies the evening before which was super nice :)"

"Room 211 needs new mattresses and AC; the AC does not work and makes an awful noise all day and night. There was no other rooms available so we just put up with it. Everything was clean, staff was nice, pool was good; didn’t try the food. Great location. "

"When we arrived Friday night our grandsons put the TV on. There was picture but no sound. When we tried to call from room we couldn't as the phone had no wire connection to the wall. Went to office on both counts, only to be told there was no one available, but they would leave a note for the morning staff. The next morning we were told there was no maintenance on the weekend. Family went to breakfast and then we proceeded to the Lowell Observatory. While out my husband became ill. Found out from my grandsons that the pancake/waffle mix tasted bad and apparently was left out for hours which is why my husband became ill. Saturday night, starting around 9:30 pm there was loud music coming from room close to ours, Apparently, door was left open and people were outside talking loudly with the music blaring. This continued until 5:30 am. When we checked out I complained about this and was asked why I didn't call. When I reminded them we had no phone, they just made a face and said nothing. We will never use this particular hotel or chain of hotels again."

"Single king rooms are so cramped. Looks like it was remodeled recently poorly. The floor pan of the shower looked filthy. The chair in the room had a huge stain. Beds felt okay. Did not feel comfortable taking a shower no staff at the front desk just a kiosk that has a poor signal. I had to almost yell for the person on the virtual check in kiosk to find any of my information."
