Comfy Continental Townhouse, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, single level

A charming and comfy Country Club Townhome, that's more like a single-family home! Single level, 1 bedroom with queen bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 1 full bathroom. We offer a casual and cozy atmosphere. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area and washer/dryer available. There is a wonderful outside deck for relaxing and a gas grill. Our home is easy to find and is easy access to routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and AZ Snowbowl. The Continental Country Club Clubhouse is directly across the street and has many amenities, including a great restaurant/bar open to the public. Also public golf course for an additional fee. Tennis, pool, and fitness facilities are only available to guests staying 30 days or longer, and for a $200, 1-time additional fee. Also, there is a pellet wood-stove for use in the winter. There is also the Flagstaff Athletic Club nearby, which is very well appointed with indoor and outdoor pools, work out equipment, classes, etc. It is open to the public for a walk in fee of approx. $15 per person per day.

*This is not a fancy rental but the perfect budget place with a wonderful location.

We enjoyed our stay!! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. Had a wrap around deck which is a perfect spot to enjoy some coffee in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The most easy check in process I have ever had. Place was great!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Comfy Continental Townhouse. I would happily have stayed there for the entire summer. I selected that particular property from its posting on VRBO for several specific reasons and was pleased that it lived up to every single one of them. The features and comfort of the facility itself, the amenities provided, the beautiful location and gorgeous views all made for a wonderful stay. I would return again and again.

Comfy Condo was a wonderful place to stay. The complex is quiet and safe (proven because my husband left our car door wide open all night!). The bed was by far the most comfortable of the condos we have stayed in. The only concern we had was that there was no water pressure in the shower, but I was assured that would be fixed. I would definitely recommend Comfy Condo!

We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband I had a rare weekend away from our 2 teenage girls so we headed to Flag to mountain bike and relax. This was the prefect place for us. Great location to green grass and mountain bike trails and we went into town for dinner each night and had amazing dinners at Shift and Brix. Great get away! Perfect place.

We were very happy with this place. It was very pretty and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. We absolutely loved the pellet stove. If it wasn’t for that it would have been cold. You know it was snowy and freezing outside😊. The bed was very very comfortable The property manager was very accommodating, we really appreciated that.

The property is as depicted in the photos. It took my breath away. The huge windows with trees golden and shedding their leaves , such a delight. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture and bed comfortable. It was quiet and private. I enjoyed the deck in the afternoon. I would highly recommend and come again.

Cute-that could use a little TLC with the cleaning outside on the windows and spiderweb should be swept down when guest are coming.Need to update NO AC anymore. They need to update That they don’t have AC unit in window.

The place was really nice, exactly as described online. Very confy, clean, easy to access, close to local businesses and parks. Unfortunately the coffee creamers in the fridge were spoiled and there was no drinking water. Also the bed was very “squeaky”, just getting in and out of it was very noisy. Other then that it was great, I will recommend it and use it again.

This little townhome/cottage was a perfect spot for our family's long weekend in Flagstaff. The location is super-convenient (we often stay in/around Continental Country Club) and access was no problem, even with blizzard-like conditions during our stay. The main living area is much larger than what's shown on the photos, and the large front windows provide a great view. The kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and an in-unit washer/dryer was a plus (though all we did was a quick dry on some damp/snowy gear). TV & Internet worked great too.
