"This place should be condemned,I suggest removing it from Expedia.The beds were absolutely horrible.Even after trying a different room, the bed was worse.The bathroom, black mold and the shower dripped all night.The microwave had dried food/coffee inside. We were told bc we were staying more than a night we would not get housekeeping.There was not enough towels.We had to keep going to the desk to get more.No clock.The door didn’t close correctly,you could see daylight through the side and bottom.It is a very noisy location,trains about every 7-10 minutes.The staff, disrespectful and down right rude. Room was not available at checkin. The clerk even cussed at me directly,using the “f”word!!I am certain the set of rooms are where the “residents” stay.The bed was sunken visibly.We were both in pain especially in the mornings.We weren’t able to sleep through the night. We simply could not endure our entire paid stay and had to find another accommodation to simply rest our heads."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were not very comfortable and I kept waking up almost every hour. For those picky about beds, they were very firm without pillow top. I have a bad back, so appreciate a firm bed when it has that extra layer of cushion."

"Everything was great! Room service was a really nice touch. Especially when you just want to "order in" without any distractions. Be sure to check your receipts though before you sign. They automatically add gratuity and a delivery charge to every order THEN ask for an additional tip. Dinner was amazing with healthy portions and the breakfast was even better. The only downside was they forgot some items on our breakfast order which was disheartening. The indoor heated pool was awesome! The smell of the chlorine will knock out a work horse, but if you can handle it, you're in for a treat. Would definitely recommend and return for another visit."

"Everything was good except for the breakfast. Mostly standard hotel breakfast but the eggs were grainy, bacon was very thin. and the biscuit and gravy was tasteless. The coffee however was very good and the waffles looked good."
