"We felt we picked a winner with this hotel. We were travelling through on our travels and stayed for one night. All our party said how happy they were with the hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable, the bar area was lovely to have a drink in. Not enough staff on the reception. Waited a long time to get checked out due to a customer having an issue and the queue was building up. In some reviews, people complained about the train but we only heard it on one occasion. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff gave us a room and the bed had stains and the wall had deep groove from the chair and a picture was missing. So we called the front office and they gave us another room and they forgot to cancel the room that they gave us. And they gave the room to another couple that we were staying . Other it was nice. "
