"It was the worst nightmarish experience ever. Clearly, Cozy is grossly understaffed or yhey have no clue what t he hospitality business is all about. After flying all the way from Washington to Accra, exhausted, there was nobody to receive me at the Reception on behalf of Cozy. The property staff tried their best at 22.00h but they couldn't offer me a room! Telephone lines went dead and I was on my own. Thankfully, I was able to make expensive international calls to Expedia and the staff of Expedia, were exceptional. They they got me another facility to accommodate me for the night. This is my second time of being hosted by cozy and my experiences from both interactions are nothing to write home about. I'm sorry. Do better folks!"

"The staff, especially at the bar, were amazing. However they have mice in the lobby that the manager denied instead of assisting. Central location but perhaps a boutique more quaint hotel would be better. "

"I don’t even know where to start! The most stylish luxurious room and hotel in general I’ve ever stayed in, in Ghana! 12/10 rating! The food! 10/10. The staff! 11/10! The ROOM! Wow I was just such a happy girl being in that room! 11/10! From service to amenities, this hotel is truly worth every penny. Such an affordable luxury that OF COURSE I will and must stay at again! Thank you so much for such a bomb experience! I can’t speak enough and staff! Ugh! They’re just too amazing, they deserve a major bonus! Oh yeah & the massage I got at the spa!! I literally caught myself snoring a couple times lol. 10/10! Number One truly is NUMBER ONE!!!!!"

"I love this property! This was my 2nd time staying at La Villa Boutique. I would stay here every time I'm in Accra if it was in the budget! lol The property is very beautiful and great for taking pictures. The staff is always kind and friendly. And I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant near the pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Finally, the property is located in the Osu neighborhood that is walkable with lots of nice restaurants nearby! Can't wait until my next visit!"
