"The staff is very welcoming when you arrive. They were attentive and wanted to make sure I had an excellent stay. They assisted in explaining to me how the laundry machines work that are on property. too. The room was excellent. Extremely clean. My room has the kitchenette which had dishware and utensils. The outdoor area with the BBQs was very nice.
Breakfast was ready on time and was delicious. Plenty of food to choose from. The dining area was clean and plenty of seating. Parking is free and right on premise with plenty of spaces available. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the historic area of Leesburg. It's been my go-to hotel for this area. This is my second stay here."

"Greg was the perfect host throughout our stay. His place is immaculate, bright, and charming as can be. Greeting my daughter and I with some fresh, beautiful, and fragrant gardenias from his garden was such a nice gesture! Learning about the history behind the beautiful pieces of art in his place was very fascinating. The location is serene and peaceful - tucked away in lush nature. Believe him when he says you won’t want to get out of the shower! We’ve never experienced such nice water pressure before! The sofa bed is extremely comfortable. To wrap my review up - if your travels ever bring you to Gainesville and surrounding areas - you should definitely give this place a chance! Thank you so much, Greg!"
"If you are claustrophobic, don’t pick this hotel. The bathroom was so small in a king size room. The bed felt like it had a piece of wood under it. The pillows were soft and it smelled old. The hotel needs some updates starting with the rooms. Breakfast was OK but not my taste."
"Dated furniture probably from 90’s
Not one by receptical “wire devise” would retain a charge port, all devices were worn out, Safety Hazard! Very loud hotel."
"Great location, excellent front desk people, easy to park
Pillows are horrible, definitely need to be replaced. Sheets and comforters are old and dingy, it’s relatively clean. Great spot for downtown activities"
"I had made my reservation in February. We arrived May 15 and the owner operator stated that he was not expecting visitors until May 16. He then went on to explain that his housekeeping staff had quit overnight. All of the rooms were unkempt, dirty, and not even sweat. He was very nice. I swept the room myself. I will not stay there again. I had no choice as to the fact that I had concerts to Morgan Wallen and all other hotels in Gainesville were $12-$1500. I brought my own plastic sheets, as well as sheets and pillows and blankets. I did not want to touch anything in the hotel motel. Also, the bathroom window was open, which I did not realize until we returned from the concert. It was not a pleasurable experience. We literally left the hotel cleaner than when we got there."
"The room was clean but in poor conditions and outdated. The bathroom shower rod that was hanging looked like it could fall any minute; it was stuck with some orange clay color stuff. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection but there was an area with extra chairs and hotel things that you could see in a cluttered area."
