"Breakfast was good but very limited for the price of the room. Could use fresh pastries, bacon, and grits. The room was ice with the exception of the thermostat. When we arrived it was 59 degrees and seemed to have a mind of its own. Tried to set it at reasonable temperature but it still went to 60 degrees."

"This was a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. As this was our first vacation with animals this place was perfect. My little Minx (yorkie) loved every minute of sitting on the dock with us watching the water. Will definitely plan for another trip here"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this property for our family vacation that included two sons and their families (4 grandchildren) and my nearly ninety- two year-old mother in law. The pool and pool deck and the view and breeze from the bay were phenomenal and my family enjoyed many happy hours there. We received great responsiveness about a couple of minor issues from management company. Property is located in a great area with proximity to restaurants, Publix and bridge to Navarre Beach. We would definitely consider this property again for a future visit!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Breeze. The condo was so clean and new. Having the pool right outside our door was a plus. We really loved having beach chairs and umbrellas available so we didn’t have to pack ours. The wagon was also an added bonus as ours is not made for the sand. Loved being close enough to the beach but not in the craziness and traffic."
